The new city offers a completely different scenario with its modern architecture. It provides comfort and entertainment to meet the requests of the traveler.

Ideal for summer family holidays, with its comfortable sandy beaches within a walking distance from all points, but also for young travelers, thanks to the many discos and nightclubs located along the port and in the new part of the town.

Sozopol is 30km. from Bourgas, one of the biggest cities on the Black Sea Coast, a commercial center and a real paradise for shoppers. With its airport it makes the arriving in Sozopol easy and comfortable.

We offer different types of accommodation in a  renewed 3 floor building located in the center of the old city and 100m. from the sea.

The three floors are independent. The first and second floors consist of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a shower and a bathroom. All rooms have a balcony. Each room has a fridge and a coffee machine and in the living-room there’s a cable TV. An electric cooker is available upon request. The 2nd floor can be rented as an apartment accommodating 2-8 people or/and as independent rooms which means that the living-room can be a bedroom for ¾ people. The rooms on the floor share the bathroom and the shower. The first floor can be rented only as independent rooms.
